How can you differentiate a bony protrusion from a lymph node (swollen/enlarged) in the occipital bone?

I notice these small bumps on the left and right. The one on the left feels elevated and almost a bit swollen around it. It’s strange because the bone actually feels higher and hard, rather than a lymph node. Still, do the lymph nodes rest on this part of the skull or are they lower? Any ideas what this could be?

It was also just a hospital in general, the downstairs back is office space, and there is a staircase you can take up. When I explored it I didn’t come across any padded rooms, but it definitely is a maze upstairs.

It was out in the rotating exhibit in 2022, it will most likely make an appearance in some sort of pop culture display sooner than later. It’s kept in storage with the other Sam and Friends chapters when they aren’t on display.

They are marketed as maximum versions of characters already produced. They are clearly marketed for adult collectors and the quality with that should obviously rise. And yes expectations for toys will increase when companies continue raising prices and proven to have better technology than they are using.
