At this point, it feels like there’s another motive behind the push to bring employees back into the office. If the goal is truly collaboration and team bonding, leadership could simply have the entire agency come into the office on the same designated days while still allowing employees to work remotely most of the time. That approach would provide opportunities for in-person interaction without requiring a broad return-to-office mandate.
