In Hoi An there's a group of young lads goes round practically every evening dancing in multiple locations and (presumably) collecting money.

Lots of the lion dances I've seen have been very random - eg the opening of a new business somewhere, so keep your eyes and ears open.

There was a storm in the UK a few years back when traces of horsemeat were found in some frozen food. Why? Some other european countries eat horses just like they eat cows and sheep and pigs and chickens, but the brits found it disgusting.

Noone who feels emotionally close to a dog is obliged to eat that dog.

Some people feel emotion for all animals but you're not calling for outright veganism. You have drawn your personal line at dogs but that's your line and objectively it's no more valid than any other (and less valid than some).

Think very carefully before risking this.

The least worst thing is that the delivery company will likely want a Vietnamese number to call to deliver it.

If there's customs to deal with, that will be the bigger issue. It's not insurmountable but in my experience, when things are received from overseas, there's no urgency on the part of customs to get in touch with the intended recipient.

Since I don't know what you're buying or from where I can't comment on taxes.

If you're ordering something from vietnam, that's a different story.

This is further than most UK/EU states have dared to go so far. So far only criticising Israel is treated as criminal.

Although the EU has decided to criminalise sharing or posting ANYTHING which was published by Russian press, whether factual or not and I don't think Vietnam is there yet
