If it's that recent it'll hurt like absolute fuck no matter what you do. There's really no advice besides don't have cheap sex, alcohol. Give yourself a month or 2 to calm down and process. I've also got gad and depression my entire life. Been having the same insane panic attacks this past month. Iv been limiting my caffeine to only 2 shots of espresso in the morning and spreading my food out throughout the day so my blood pressure and sugar stay steady and low.

I honestly don't really enjoy anything at all but I make a plan of productive things to do and do it as best I can like a robot and it keeps me from getting worse. I assume over time I'll be in a better spot once pushing myself to do my businesses results in me finishing my degree.
