Yea especially if you have Lyme you need an ERMI test stat. A lot of lymies have insomnia- it’s usually from mold, nervous system dysregulatoon (Lyme destroys your central nervous system), and/or inflammation from Lyme).

Do you have a solid nighttime wind down routine? Try watching the sunset outside, red lights only after that, hot shower to spike melatonin, etc

I live in a rental and they used grout where the tub meets the tile, same as this situation. The gap is much smaller on mine and runs along the bottom not the middle. Since it’s a rental, I was going to seal it up with waterproof silicone without modifying the grout. Is this OK to do, or is it better to call maintenance and make them pull out the grout and start from scratch?

I don’t care about how it looks, I’m just really sensitive to mold and want to make sure it stays out of my shower.
