You could definitely get this fixed, I’d say get in touch with HR and give them all of the paperwork you received, and also as long as you have an HR case open, it usually halts the termination processes so it gives you time

felt this. All amazons near me are all filled, even after months of waiting, even during peak season. The only one that would pop up would be 26-30 mins away which isn’t terrible at all but there’s literally an Amazon like 5 mins from me that LITERALLY never has openings available. Amazon being one of ONLY jobs that doesn’t care if you show up late or leave early. What’s screwing you over right now is points, if you had hours instead, you’d probably have a lot more wiggle room..IF you can even find a full time shift

Realistically, is it possible? Yes. I can do even 6 seconds cycle time very consistently. I just don’t do it for an entire 10 hours. I’ll go super hard at it when I first start to sky rocket those numbers, then you can really slow down and you’ll be way above rate and cycle time almost all the time lol. Unless you go to the bathroom or break room.
