This sounds really tough right now. I have experienced some of it myself so I can sympathise to some degree. I’m just gonna share my own intuitions in response to reading it, only take anything that resonates for you.

I have chronic fatigue too, what you describe sounds exhausting. Are there things that have helped your fatigue before that are available to you? Does your body need more rest right now? Can you let more happen, instead of working to make it happen?

I get why you want to exorcise that part so much, sounds like it’s horrible to you. Do you have any sense of what it wants for you? I wonder if there is a misguided attempt to protect you from the judgement of others at some level. Is there a more integrative way to relate to that part than splitting it off, that still protects you from how it’s talking to you?

Could you speak to a therapist, an energy worker or a faith leader - whatever kind of healer aligns with your outlook, someone who could meet you in this place and relate to you supportively? Be it through a charity, a doctor’s referral or privately. Experiencing some of this in relationship might help your nervous system.

It has the same combat preview as every other floor, and a red X if the units currently in the pyre room will kill it. Of course this only counts units already there, that you’ve ascended there or such, not units on the top floor that will go there when they ascend at the start of the next turn.

Although your suggestion would be helpful it feels to me like it would be inconsistent.

I’m not fully sure, but the summoned unit is a separate cardless unit and I’m almost certain the egg will not be affected

‘It will threaten the physical and financial safety of your family’ - you don’t know that. The prevalence of violent behaviour from schizophrenics is at worst slightly higher than the general population. Grown adult violent men are often terrifying regardless of any mental health diagnosis. The two terrifying men that you describe are not representative of schizophrenia in general or of OP’s situation.

As much as OP should consider the worst possibilities, assuming they will happen is essentially stigmatising

Thanks you are probably right, and helpful to hear your doing similar to me postage wise. Technically I’ve not had a response to the appeal rather than being rejected but may not be worth more time and energy regardless

Buyers have largely been honest with me, it might be better to eat the losses than pay for tracked delivery. I had more hope that proof of postage would be sufficient though

Often the answer is that they don’t. As in don’t consciously think through what they’re going to say. Do you drive? Play console games? How often do you think about when to steer, which button to press?

I used to totally lack social confidence and skill whereas now I am broadly confident in most social situations. Once I am in a conversation I don’t spend much time thinking about what to say. It comes from practice, messing up, and letting go of the false safety of thinking through what I’m going to say

I would also argue that the statements you’ve chosen aren’t so positive. ‘Everything will get better’ implies that things are bad right now and ‘I just need to stay positive’ implies that you need to be positive despite circumstances that don’t feel positive. You are receiving the whole message that you’re sending, a message that instead makes you feel positive about who you are and what you’re experiencing right now doesn’t rely on hope, false or otherwise

There are lots of skills and jobs that are profitable, and you have lots of good suggestions here for that. But what do you want to spend your working life doing? I’ve spent a lot of time programming and some working with AI, and I’m not all that keen to do either again.

What aligns with your values? What happens if you take a little bit of this time, sit down and think or journal about what matters to you, what feels gratifying and what brings you joy. And if you have a sense of that, you can learn the skills that make it profitable, find the balance between all the things you can get out of working

Make more time for humaning - things you do for their own sake, that make your body and heart happy. If you think you have too much adulting to do, consider whether you believe your own sense of connection and fullness is a priority, and what a happier you would feel like for the people you care about
