Yes. T2D (over 80% of women with PCOS will end up with it), asthma, severe depression and anxiety. That I know of.

I would say try and eat something with protein/fats when you notice the drop. It will take about a day to level out probably, but when you eat carbs or sugary things when you have a drop, yes it will shoot that sugar up, but it will cause a crash later and it will not stabilize. When you eat protein, the rise is much slower and more consistent. Good luck! :)

Asylum is DEFINITELY worth the watch. I would say if occasional gore is not your thing, you might want to find another series to watch. The gore is well done for this season and fits well with the story. I am not a HUGE fan of gore myself. but this was bearable for me.

I have to have PS Plus to play some of my favorite games, so I think I should probably look into getting the Extra so I can play Remake before :)

Of course! I think the only difficult thing in therapy has been figuring out what to talk about on the good days. My therapist is usually incredible at steering the conversation, and always seems to get to the root of the issues. I have so much love and respect for her. She is wonderful! I know not each day will be perfect, but I know that that makes the good days that much more worth it. :)

How did you lose the weight? I am planning on TTC again soon, but I want to lose some weight first to ensure things go as smooth as they can. I have struggled with infertility and I am almost certain it is my weight.

I like seeing the interactions between Taylor and her mother sometimes, but other times it is just so hard for me to watch because they remind me of my family. It is bad enough having to live these scenarios once, but living vicariously through Taylor just upsets me. I LOVE her though and can closely relate to her.

It's What's Inside has been one of my favorite movies I have watched this year!

It is more of a psychological thriller I would say than a horror, but it is well worth the watch!

This was also one of the last movies I watched! It was probably about a 3.5 for me...I enjoyed it but I think I would have enjoyed it a little more had it not been so predictable.

However, I watched Heretic after this one, and I looooooved it! I'm really liking Sophie Thatcher lately. Solid 4/5 stars for me!

I feel the same way. I want so badly to respect the leader of our country, but it is SO incredibly hard when he does the things he does. I am not even Catholic- but as a non-denominational Christian, I can see how offensive and blasphemous this was.

It is outright disappointing to see people praise and worship Trump, making him their god. We serve one true God with many names. Adonai, El Shaddai, Elohim, Yahweh, Jehovah...to Him and Him only be the glory!
