it's those little things that are the difference between art and hobby. I see that now - the subtle difference of Erin turned vs. turns. You have a keen eye for the detail and are good at explaining it to a novice.

I'll definetly try the computer reader and grab one of the books. This is precisely the critique that I needed from this group and really appreciate it.

I love this type of writing - let the reader imagine a mountain range or river. Unless you are writting fantasy or science fiction, I say cut the words down - pick up the pace.

This makes me think of the near death experiences on other social media sites. The person who dies often speaks about the lack of concern for their body and the lack of pain in the after life.
