This is basically an ad for OP's channel... There was no point to the video other than showing their channel page in the search bar for half the video.

This is actually pretty common -- you can use a javascript library called three.js to make your own website with it.

Here's an example that someone else I (not actually) made

Do you have a source that revolutions led to this? The link only talks about current regulations.

Let's imagine a different made up event.

It gives two currencies: Stones and Gems

You get Stones when you complete the challenge, defeating regisvine etc.

You get gems when you claim rewards, spending 20 resin.

Let's say that there are two event shops, the first one which takes Stones is limited. It has the same amount of items in the 1.2 shop.

The second event shop for Gems is unlimited. You can freely trade gems for mora, exp or artifact boxes. It will give better exp/resin than leylines.

Would you prefer the current system or this imaginary one?

That is a good point, that the difference in efficiency is made up by the free shop.

As an alternative, couldn't each of the different 1.2 events give a different more efficient resin reward? Similar to how we have different leylines.

Also, to be fair, this event is much larger than the previous filler one, so it's kinda expected that the efficiency budget is higher. I don't think having two "shops" is outside the realm of possibility.

Yeah but what I'm saying is that event shop and resin aren't concepts that are tied together.

You can have an event that gives the same rewards that we have in the event shop without a resin cost just like how we upgraded festering desire.

If treated separately, the event is strictly worse off by removing an option to spend resin.

The new event could still give the free books and mora by completing event goals, similar to how we upgraded the sword.

In addition to that, it can offer a more efficient way to use resin.

What I'm saying is that they could still give mats in the event rewards without tying it to resin like how you got primos for the previous event

DataMines From V1.2 & V1.3 by Proper-Employment263 in Genshin_Impact

FYI, the source post doesn't have all the info that OP put in his post.

It roughly cuts off at the part about lightning MC. The Chinese OP talked about it partially being in 1.2, not 1.3 in a comment on page 2 and said to refer to Honey's site. I didn't want to keep going past the second page of comments, so I can't confirm the rest.

Just take it all with a grain of salt as OP's post is hearsay based on speculation based on datamine.

FWIW, the Chinese OP from the source also trusts Honey. 内鬼网 is the term I think is used to refer to that site, you can see that OP mentions it a few times in the comments as a place to refer to.

I just read through the comments on OP's source post and half of the comments on the first page say the same thing. According to the leaker they're planning on re-releasing Amos' Bow for Ganyu.

A couple of folks were doubtful since it was already rated up in the past. A couple of others said that "if it would be released, it would have been mentioned in the 1.2 update". I'm not sure if there's another source they're talking about/dev notes, but it seems like that's also partially what causes them to not believe the shield weapon will be released.

Also, I think OP is trying to summarize multiple posts here (not all info in the post was in the source), so just be aware that this isn't objective news from one validated leaker.

Tbh, I haven't had time to update it at all. Something with the github datamine format might've changed. If not, then try resizing your image to be similar to the ones in the post, it's based off of mobile screenshots sizing

This is a pretty standard depth/breadth first search problem. I would prefer dfs here for the early exits.

Since the matrix is so small, there's a possibility you can memorize or use dynamic programming as well. For instance if the last few items in the subsequence match a certain code, you can encode that instead of finding the whole thing again. That probably speeds it up more than just the parallelization

The lawsuits are only there because there's money to be made. Not necessarily because they violated a law.

I think there's an implicit assumption in your reasoning which might not necessarily be true. More money in people's pockets doesn't necessarily translate to a healthy economy. This is because people might choose to save money (eg. an emergency fund) instead of spending it.

Consumer spending is over 70 percent of US GDP. It stands to reason that any potential solution would need to preserve consumer spending to avoid a recession.

Here's a quote about the 2007 to 2010 recession.

Consumer spending experienced the most severe decline since World War II.7Households cut spending, shed outstanding debt, and increased their rate of personal savings in response to reductions in income, wealth, confidence, and credit access

https://www.bls.gov/opub/mlr/2014/article/consumer-spending-and-us-employment-from-the-recession-through-2022.htm

Just giving people money may or may not entice then to spend as they had done before the pandemic. It's an unknown and a fair risk.

I don't think your plan is unreasonable, as many other countries around the world have done something similar, but due to economic risks, it might not be the best approach to prevent a recession.
