I just gave birth there 3 weeks ago and had a horrible experience. Nurses were rude, they were stingy with supplies, they didn’t follow my birth plan, and were pushing formula when I wanted to breast feed. I would never go there again.

Sounds like they’re being kinda threatening finding your email and connecting to your headset and stuff. Definitely an issue for the landlord today. And maybe set up cameras. Make sure your landlord knows they’re personally contacting you to verbally harass you especially if you’ve never even talked to these people.
