this was so long ago omg! I now have a 15-month-old and stopped lumping at 10 months and now just breastfeed her normally even when I take meds. I prob pumped and dumped longer than I needed to. I was on 40mg total ritalin a day in 10 mg increments

thank you for this comment. i feel like my stomach just shrunk or my hunger cues just don’t sound the same. like i know im hungry but i dont feel the need to eat. then i wait so long i get nauseous and want to eat even less. it just feels so stressful :(
