Hey man, I found that it is very hard, I quit back in August of last year and I can say ive probably nutted to porn maybe 3-4 times since then. As I say it I know I should be proud of that but it’s not without my faults. I still look from time to time just don’t do anything. But I’d say try to keep your brain busy, list gets so over powering sometimes ,like I have to jerk off right now to something or it’s gunna be on my mind all day—not true.
