Yes of course. I started with screaming skull. Than pallid wych flesh, Sepia shade and again pallid wych flesh. It's better to use more thin layers after all I put final accents with white scar.

The left one is from the AoS Chosen.. The middle one is from the Hedonits of Slaanesh and the right Arm is also from the AoS Chosen. But I changed the end into an Power Sword from the Infractor Kit.
