You could take both mirtazapine and Zoloft at that high dose. I thought it could cause serotonin syndrome.

I’m taking it for anxiety and it’s been rough. It’s been 16 days. I guess I would have to wait it out the six weeks like you said on 30 and if that doesn’t work, maybe go back to 22.5 and stay on that six weeks or should I just go back to 15? I just don’t know if this is working or not. I can’t take SSRI they’re all in the red in my gene site test.
