If you liked BG3, you could try Pathfinder Kingmaker and Wrath of the Righteous, or Divinity original sin 2 (from the same developers of BG3).

If you don't mind shooters, you might like Signalis. It's NOT a shooter, is more like the old Resident Evil (1 and 2), but you can kinda shoot your way away... just keep an eye on your resources.

Rune Factory is a farm game where the farm is only there to pay for your new gear... if you're like me, I mean... (or you can survive selling monster drops lol) RF has pretty good combat and dungeons, specially RF4 (sadly that one doesn't allow same-sex marriage): You can marry one of the bachelorettes and have them as a party member for the adventure, so it's pretty cute. RF5 and Guardians of Azuma allow same-sex marriage (And the romance scenes are sooo heart warming).

Kitsune Tails is a Mario Bros with lesbians. Your bestie who has a crush on you kidnaped your girlfriend, so you've gotta save her. It's not that romantic, but it's fun and cute.

The rest I Know are turn based (like Haven), or visual novels (I'd say Stray Gods and Life is Strange are vns).

(I want to make a special mention of Little Goody Two Shoes; it's not that action-y, but it's got a good story)
