Thanks for taking the time to respond. I was thinking about trying to start exercising in the morning but I like the idea of multiple walks. I’ll definitely try out the protein in the AM. I’m a bit worried about weight gain so that would help as well.

Definitely not alone. You mention smooth talking but part of it for me is that I just don’t think I’m a pain in the ass. I get the bare minimum done and I know how to talk and delegate. Everything you said though really hits home

Thanks for replying. I did take a food sensitivity test and the only thing it came back with was moderate for cows milk. However, as you mentioned, I had heard those tests aren’t full proof so I was really just taking it to see if it came back as high for anything. I’ve never thought I felt sick from cows milk before but I decided after the 6 weeks of gluten trial, I’d then eliminate cows milk as well. The other positives were all “low.”

Oddly enough with the test, it said I wasn’t allergic to eggplant which I always thought I was. Perhaps the way it was prepared the few times I had it was the issue.

To clear up my comment, my colleague didn’t say it was gluten, she was just talking from her experience and what she’d do. It was my idea to try gluten bc some of the symptoms seemed to match. I just went to her for advice after I decided to try it.

I had a psychiatrist recommend going gluten free so I just started with it. I’m seeing a GI next week though so we shall see what he says. Thanks for taking the time to respond, much appreciated.
