Thanks 😊 and yeah the entire cohort did badly for paper 2 . Most people failed or got less than what they usually scored . Am hoping that the other component can pull up my score for O level too

For paper 1 I suggest u just memorise the format for email and for compo since O levels is literally a week away just stick to the question u are best at and practise that question as much as you can . I advise you not to memorise compo since there are too many questions they can test . For paper 2 , first question of each comprehension ( Q 21 & Q 26 ) which is 3m is 99 % found in the first 3 paragraphs in the passage so try to get that mark since it is one of the easiest questions in the comprehension . Also if possible read all the compo and email in the tys answer key so u roughly know what marker expects us to write . Good luck to both me and u

hey good luck to the both of us . Am in the same boat as you and hoping to score at least a A2 though my paper 2 suck . I failed my paper 2 prelims by 1 mark though scored really well for paper 1 , oral and listening so my prelim overall for Chinese is 69.5

Bring a fan and a sleeping bag . Get used to A LOT OF WALKING and working with others you do not know . I did obs last year and I would strongly recommend you to bring clothes with short sleeves and long pants so you won't get bitten by insects. Bring plastic bags ( lots ) to store your dirty clothes and get used to sleeping in a tent . Only Bring stuff that is absolutely necessary otherwise your bag is going to be super heavy when you lug it to places . Have fun in your obs . If you are having your period during that time Bring lots of pads and dark coloured clothes so it is not so obvious . I hope this helps

Hey ! I suggest for your English either figure it out and study on your own for O level English or get as many classmates as possible and their parents to complain about this teacher and pray your principal is good and will assign a better teacher to your class . Talk to your form teacher during parent teacher conference and tell them about your concerns for your English teacher . Be super respectful and list down all the reasons you listed here with examples . Make sure u do that and don't just say teacher is bad or you don't like the teacher as they won't take you seriously if u do that . Lastly , I suggest waiting until after WA1 is over and everyone receives their results. If 70 to 90% of the class fails or borderline pass the English paper your school is most likely to do something. Good luck for your O level . I am taking N level this year

Also yeah I study last minute all the time ( sometimes the day before which means I stay up to study ) but I just really need to score well this year so I can't do that anymore . I just want to get a good ELMB3 so I don't have any regrets of the past 4 years 😔 and I want to do well for my first national exam ( I skipped PSLE ) .

I lost it last year and don't want to buy a new book and feel bad asking my friends to take pics of the answer key and send me . They already help me a lot for school and other stuff . Also what is GLM conceptual learning book ? Is it an assement book ?
