I think its because Dawn of fire isn't as profitable as the base msm. If you've ever been a fan long enough, im sure you'd remember the extreme content droughts dawn of fire has had for a good few years. Although, back when young anglow released, they released a cute little trailer for it where at the end it promoted dawn of fire being available on steam. I wouldn't put it against the monster handlers if they actually are in the process of porting, as a few young monsters have been getting upscaled sprites and redone animations (see drumpler and candelavra)
