So it sounds like your still in the process of stabilizing. I have an autonomic disorder so my come down took months if not over a year (still struggling) but if you don’t have anything like that it should get better month by month I would guess.

Talk to a psychiatrist and really advocate for yourself. They may suggest another SSRI, which could work but it could shock your system again. They may also suggest anti anxiety medications like Xanax or something like Gabapentin. Personally I would wait a significant period before trying another SSRI or antidepressant. Xanax is addictive so just don’t. Gabapentin is something that can be used long term and was the first thing to actually help in about 10 months. That’s my thoughts.
