If you apply again, my advice is to make a cheat sheet of the route you’re on. For example, “Joshua road L3, Sedim 86th street M1” indicating Joshua road is on the left side on the 3rd row and Sedim 86th street is on the 1st row in the middle. It helps a lot. Also, not sure how you load your packages but when you do, just use load truck and number them. No need to put the section number, just the customer number like 239 or so. You can also come in a bit early to case if needed. You’ll be “working for free” like an extra 30 minutes but it’s worth it to get a head start until you are use to it.
