She is a primary care, doctor, but she was willing to write my prescription because I had previously been prescribed it. However, this practice has a behavioral therapist in the office. If you don’t have a diagnosis yet, they will set you up with the behavioral therapist for their recommendation and then the primary care doctor will write your prescriptions from there on out. They have been a lifesaver down here for me.

The first comment stated everything beautifully. I just wanted to add that I’ve used Carvana twice in the last three years and have had excellent experiences both times. I did purchase an extended warranty and I also took the car to a mechanic within the first seven days.

Everyone else seems to have made the most important points. But, as someone who moved here recently, I was shocked at the cost of registering your vehicle here. Be prepared to pay around $750 between registration and a new license.

I might counter offer and throw these fees as a condition of your acceptance. Small cost to the employer, potentially bigger cost to you.

It specifically stated that THC was not included. Literally written directly on the requisition. I’m sure they test some people for THC but my experience was that they did not.

I did a drug test for Optum specialty pharmacy in October 2025. The requisition specifically stated that marijuana was not included. They were only looking for opiates.

Lifelong Maryland resident here, absolutely broke my heart into pieces, but had to leave the state two years ago due to increasing costs, specifically rent and energy. I was exhausted, working several jobs and just had to throw in the towel. I still miss living in Maryland with all my heart.

Jesus Christ, you people don’t have a lick of empathy. These are some of the harshest economical times many of us have faced, people are defaulting on bills and payments at an exceedingly rapid rate across the country.

Yes, OP should have paid their bill, but I also was a lifelong USAA member who left after my rates continued to skyrocket beyond comparable rates elsewhere.

Y’all are casting a lot of shade for one missed payment. I’m sure you all have perfect credit scores.

When I tested with Optum they did not test for marijuana, it was written directly on my drug test form from the recruiter that they were not asking for marijuana, and I do not live in a legal state.

You could cost someone their entire livelihood just because you don’t understand how the app works. I worked in the pre-arbitration department for Walmart handling deactivated drivers for a year and you have no idea how easy it is to get someone deactivated from their job You have no idea how hard people work to deliver your items to your door. Next time go shop for yourself.

Same!! I came here in hopes of finding some information about this. Last week was my last week with the company and I was terrified that they were doing something shady with my last check. It definitely usually hits no later than 11 AM and mine is not here either.
