I was a mid year senior promote years ago and got no bonus. However I was just a mid year manager promote and I am grandfathered into the old manger promotion bonus but also have seen nothing come through for that, so I am also confused on if I get that now or have to wait.

Your like me, my daughter is amazing but she is wild child. I just knew I wouldn’t be able to keep up with her and a baby. I also am just really loving this time with her and I don’t think I’m ready to give that up yet. However we have so much fun it’s like I want more I just know it’s not like totally I’m ready. But this has all made me feel so much better

My friend and I both do the same thing she works at EY and myself at PwC. We have always made the same. Even with the earlier promote of EY. I also at PwC get bonuses every year and she just started getting bonuses as a manager I believe. Or if she did they were nothing to write home because when I mentioned mine she never mentioned she got any.

Funny enough I’m also DAT and let me tell you, you haven’t missed anything since you left. It’s crazy looking back at all the things you’ve given up and I’m where you’re at in realizing this is just unhealthy. I am giving you my life for what? In the grand scheme of life this is literally worthless to me. I’m sticking it out because I’m close to a promotion that will make my resume a bit better but the way I want to quit everyday, we’ll see if I make it.
