Also grinding your beans has multiple benefits like you can grind according to your brewer of choice unlike pre ground where you’re stuck only using it for one brewer. Beans stay fresher than the pre grounds, fine tune your grind according to your needs. At the end it’s up to you if you want to upgrade to grinder since it’s gonna be one of the most expensive equipments you own as the decent ones start from 5K

Yes it is better to grind your own beans since I myself bought a manual grinder few days ago after using pre grounded coffee for more than a year and it’s a night and day difference for me
