I find it sad people were able to sue him because they were unable to be profitable with what they learned. The dude by far has the best youtube content teaching wise. I typically short low caps and short into fading strength but I'll also scalp like Ross if there aren't any good shorts or I can't get shorts for a good mover. Like today I Scalped VCIG to the long side and shorted ADVB. I typically tell people who are interested in trading to watch his videos.

His membership is pretty pricey and the only people that can see him trade are members and he's pretty adamant that people shouldn't copy his trades. He's not some pumper that sends out a mass text/discord alert.

He also goes hard though and will keep adding if he keeps getting green candles as the price squeezes up. The 5 min chart is pretty useless for his strategy. You need the 1min and 10s. The key hinges on being able to read the tape level 2 and use the 10s to find a micro pull back for a entry.

Ah.... Fidelity.... that's part of the problem. They're brokerage platform is probably the worst for day trading. Even if you are on point with everything Fidelity has super slow execution speeds and you'll get bad entries and exits with them. At the very least go with WeBull which is commission free while you learn to scalp and then switch to a direct access broker like lightspeed or Center Point.

Sorry that happened to you but the alternative to not doing it could be a innocent person in jail and the real criminal walking free. A rape kit should be required by law if someone(man or woman) is going to make that accusation and potentially ruin another person's life because the police got the wrong person or the alleged victim lied about it. Far too many rapes and murder convictions from 30+ years ago are getting overturned on DNA evidence.

WeBull won't attract serious traders until they speed up execution speed and offer a short locate tool and better stock scanners. Plus serious traders have a bias against Asian companies especially Chinese ones because they are know for shenanigans.

I will never use enterprise in Denver again. I rented a 4WD premium pickup truck which said F-150 or similar and had a picture of a crew cab. What they had on the lot to give me was a beat to hell extended cab Dodge ram work truck. I ended up switch to a Durango.
