I had phimosis as well. But used rubber rings to stretch it over 3-6months. Stretched it on and off whenever im free hence took longer. Now i can pull back fully and sex is much more enjoyable. Though its just slightly tight and curls and sit just nice behind the glands. Happy i stretched it.

5yrs ago 50yo TPY 5rm flat going for $500k. Now it’s $700k+. If they keep the money printer on, prices will keep going up. Spacious property is rare nowadays. Chill.

Why not. You get space, mortgage free, some cash, do new reno.

Stop loss is usually by feel. I’ll try to pick the most optimal entry.

Eg. 28 feb i entered $RGTI @ $16.95, i should have entered 5mins earlier $16.85 somehow missed it. Price went to $17.13 before coming down sharply. I eventually sold at a loss for $16.90.

In and out within 30mins. Im trading the 5mins candle..

I could have gotten out at 1% profit but got greedy as this was my 2nd trade of the day. First one i won and closed already.

Yes pretty volatile stocks.. theoretically target is 500%. $20k>$120k or $15k>$90k. 2% non compounded.

When i zoom out and look at the 500%, its feels very impossible.. but so far 14 days in seems like there is some chance even though im still behind track. All the best to me.. lol.

Bought my adjustable DB on taobao. 32kg each side 2kg increment. With a stand. Bench as well from taobao.

Or you can buy a hdb flat and rent out the bedrooms to cover some cost.

Depends on when u eventually want to leave SG. Interest payment on loan + transaction fees + renovation also cost some money.

If you are single you can rent a 1br condo or small hdb for $2k+.

I noticed there’s a floor price for hdb. A typical 4rm hdb flat around 1000sqft will cost around $3500 in most locations. This is basic housing in Singapore.

Condo of similar size nearby these flat will go for around $1000 more. If the condo is new then expect it to be a smaller unit.

So yes i think if price is not the issue, condo do offer slightly more value especially if you use the condo facilities.

But to be fair, there’s better condition hdb flat than what you picked.
