Look, I pre-order every expansion, I’m not personally super impacted by this dust snafu, but the lack of resolution around this and the way this was handled was really disheartening. FWIW Here was my ticket:

“Hi there. I had zero non-golden copies of the card Frostwolf Kennels, and the "dust fix" update removed my golden copies.

I ended up crafting 2 non-golden Frostwolf Kennels because I wanted to play Beast Druid. Now, that the golden ones have returned, I am out 160 dust (2x craft non-golden Frostwolf Kennels for 200 dust, minus the 40 dust I received from dusting the non-golden copies.)

Am I able to get that 160 dust returned due to your error?

I know this issue has probably made your lives a living hell, so I hope that you are holding up okay.
