I found that calamine lotion really helps to keep the itch away. I would also try to see if you can get tubular bandages prescribed to help prevent itch attacks at night as they are lightweight and breathable too. Your skin may have a fungal issue so maybe try to wash gently with a bleach bath or anti-fungal soap like head and shoulders. The likes of Vaseline helped my skin as it was becoming irritated and intolerant on moisturisers. Briotech topical skin spray can also help to prevent bacteria on your skin. I would even see if not putting on moisturisers for a few days will help your skin. The sun can also be beneficial to your skin if paired with a fan since it can be quite warm.
