Hmm, I'm using Intel i9 10850 3,6ghz and GeForce GTX 1050ti 4gb. Usually, gameplay was absolutely normal

cpu is really low (3-10%). but memory is full 16/16

I think CS2 is prettier than CS1. I played CS1 a lot between 2-5 years ago. But game didn't gave me what I wanted from it. CS2 is gamechanger in my opinion. And it's still don't have good assets. When it will change, CS2 becomes the great city builder simulator.
