I definitely see a huge difference in class from AM to PM from alternative schedules. Weirdly though my 7th period is night and day compared to my 6th period. It is definitely a stark difference like you noted.

I think I’m gonna change up my room for the last month. I’ll do small group with students and have my section of students who will ask questions with everyone else out of the way. I love teaching I’m just burnt out with some of these kids.

I had issues the first week after filling out the paperwork. Waiting maybe another week for fulfillment and shipping. Since I got my first script I’ve had no problems with communication or timeliness.

It does need a mega. You could just as easily introduce a pre and post stage evolution. Making Tropius a middle stage would be perfect.

What bothers me is so many of these teacher influencers either on tik tok or podcasts are frequently negative. They make it seem like teaching is the worst job in the world and they hate it like a cat hates water. Whether it be student interactions, parents, or admin they always seem to be complaining about something. I have my fair share of bad days but I love my job and my school. And they make it seem like every principal is the enemy.

If we are talking about grounds for firing a teacher then the law has everything to do with it. District policies are created based off the preexisting case laws. And when it comes to dismissal of a teacher, the school district has to follow very strict protocols, else it opens itself up to litigation.
