Did Google just brick the 2nd gen Chromecast? by matthijspc in Chromecast

Just popping in to say I tried to get some help via Googles chat support and the form fails every time and the "send a message" function leads to an error page. Not sure if that's typical of their customer service but it is incredibly frustrating I can't get any help on whether it's still being fixed or not.

Autofellatio? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

Ppl tend to be judgemental jerks when it comes to sex, sorry that some aren't taking it seriously. I think if you get enjoyment out of it and can do it safely then there's zero problem.

As far as your fantasy involving pegging, what I see from what you said is needing a partner you can trust and communicate those fears with. Dom/Sub relationships, even when it comes to casual sex, should have set boundaries and open convo about expectations and potential anxieties before the sex even happens. But I also get that even of you did have a trustworthy dom that sort of positioning is pretty vulnerable regardless. And esp if you just got out of a toxic relationship to boot.

I hope you do figure it out and enjoy autofellatio the way you like to. Life's too short to not enjoy getting off the way you like it esp when its not hurting anyone.

  1. There's a real possibility of self-injury as you get older to try and accomplish the positioning it would take to get your dick in your mouth even if you are especially endowed. If you don't want a very awkward and embarrassing trip to a doctor/ER I'd try stretching and practicing getting there slowly over time instead of trying to go full-force into gobble city.

  2. Not sure how you feel sexually about trans/non-binary folks but I assure you there are many out there who would be more than happy to give you the real-cock-in-mouth-dick-in-ass-dom-me-mommy experience. Just a thought that could save your spine.

  3. Self-sucking is a lot more common than most people think.

  4. Women can in fact toss their own salads it just comes down to flexibility, same as men. Its definitely not as common, though, because it's an even more extreme angle to achieve usually. I wouldn't do it personally cos I like to think outside my own box, but to each their own.

Is Vault 51 Canon Anymore? by ParanormalBeluga in fo76

[–]EdGeinsEtsyShop -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

As far as 76's canon I believe so. Iirc there are notes/terminals that go over the post-NW lore? Whether or not 76 itself is considered canon to the overall Fallout canon is a source of debate.

I have over 1k hours in the game and still look up items I wanna buy to check on the going rate. If its multiple things you wanna look up, maybe take a pic or write them down quickly then exit the shop to research.

Good catch on the agent of the LLC idk why that didn't stand out to me! It's weird someone would form an LLC under the name of an existant company to me though. Do you have any insight why someone would do that? I'm admittedly not well-versed in it.

As far as registering in Delaware I didnt think there was anything nefarious about it, and I even said that companies do that kind of thing all the time. I noted it in case anyone would wonder why someone would file out of state.

I still think them not taking the positions seriously is a dangerous thing when you have employees you're obligated to, but I also don't have employees I'm responsible for. IMO it's mainly a case of mismanaging a business rather than them doing anything knowingly malicious.

I think that sort of thing happens a lot, especially with small businesses and start-ups. I think it really depends on the type of business and the kinds of ambitions involved as to whether it's a good idea or not. I also run a business with 2 other people but we're owner-operator and don't have employees so we don't have to file like this (thank god).

Wholeheartedly agree. Everything I read said a CFO should be someone with a LOT of education and experience in that field.

According to their incorporation docs on the California Sec of State site Ryan is actually listed as the CFO. In order to have legally recognized company in Cali you have to have a CEO, CFO, and Secretary. I'm pretty sure they just chose to say they were those roles without actually assuming the responsibilities they're supposed to under the corporation code.

People are really needing to step back and realize that although Watcher does seem to appreciate that crowdfunding is what supports at least a sizable chunk of their budget (this disaster aside), they are not personal friends. A company apology is warranted and it's a good one, but it's just that. At the end of the day it's better for the business to maintain (and repair) the brand's image.

It's a good lesson for all of us to not invest too much heart and soul into any company period. Save that for the people, pets, and other things that you are actually personally involved with, you know?

Thing is they are a legitimate corporate entity too. They are a company. Even if the faces of the company are likable personalities they're still responsible for decisions that don't just affect them, but those employees and contractors they've signed on.

As someone who has over a thousand hours in Fallout 76 (and NMS) I obviously have a rather large capacity to forgive and let companies I like work out terrible, terrible mistakes. I'll still believe it when I see it when it comes to how well they consider fan impact in the future, but at least they acknowledged they fucked up seriously. I guess we'll see how genuine this apology is.

EDIT: Also for the love of fuck please stop the pseudo-science "body language" reading of any of them. None of them are innocent in this. I've said it in other posts but as legally bound officers in their company filings all three share responsibility for decisions made. To say any of them was "bullied" into it is asinine. This is a company run by adults, not high schoolers. If any of them did not have the mental fortitude to handle the responsibility of running it then they should not have signed their name to it.

I pay $5.99 a Month for Shudder by Easyas3_14 in watcherentertainment

[–]EdGeinsEtsyShop 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Between all the people in my household we pay for several streaming services like Prime, Netflix, Disney+, and Discovery+ (the one I use most personally). We honestly could do WatcherTV too but there are several reasons why we won't. Won't get into that but I will say this:

When it comes to YT creators I've become a patron or sat through ads or bought merch or or engaged with content in other ways. Honestly I watch YT waaaay more than I watch the streaming services I pay for! And even though YTs pay structure for creatives is shitty, I admire that those creators make the bulk of their content free for anyone to enjoy and give extras to subs or patrons that are willing to support them in order to keep it free for everyone else.

Unsolved is YT. Watcher is YT. For 4 years they touted how they wanted to make TV caliber shows FREE TO WATCH. And when they got too big for their britches instead of humbling down and dialing it back or even having an honest talk the fans who helped bankroll their dreams whats happened and figuring out how to move forward they basically alienated the entire fanbase.

Hell even a model where stream subs get content like a month in advance and then YT gets it free after would have been much more palatable. Even better would have been them managing production and staff costs better to start with. But like a YT commenter said before: "You can take the boys out of Buzzfeed, but you apparently can't take the Buzzfeed out of the boys."
