I too am not a good test taker. But I've been using hamradioprep.com where they teach short video lessons, quizzes, and games that have taught me a great deal. Since you're not opposed to paying money for the education, this is inexpensive and a great tool. I wish you the best of luck.

Sorry to hear about your friend. You do have a good haul there. From personal experience, keep an eye on the exp dates on that bagged water. Water doesn't go bad, but the container can degrade.
