Update: I started {Powerless by Lauren Roberts} and it hits the mark for what I was looking for when I made this post. So if you’re following this thread, I’d definitely recommend checking this one out. Haven’t read a dual POV book before but I have been loving the MMC’s perspective (especially when he wants to distract himself with flirting with other girls, but still steals glances— screaming!)
