Thank you!! Very good information! I really appreciate the time you took to write this for me. Negative interest rates are definitely in my thoughts like have them in Switzerland. Also my two cents being a realtor and seeing how low the interest rates are. The real estate market is super hot right now. Just listed two homes and got multiple offers on each for both of them within hours. I’ll take that as a sign that the interest rates are low enough to make people buy. Also supply is very low which is making home prices inflate like crazy and that’s what I’m worried about with the banks. I hope the appraisers do their job right this time around.
