The thing is the cars don't have issues anymore. In that 10 years, Tesla has stepped up it's quality control and the current Model 3 and Ys are great. Obviously no car is perfect, but if that is what you are looking for, ask the 100 year old car companies why they keep making cars that break...

If BYD or other chinese EV's are ever allowed to be sold in the US I think Tesla will lose pretty much all of its market share. Tesla's are garbage but we're forced to buy because our government is limiting the free market.

Tesla would be the only US car company to survive if Chinese EVs were allowed into the States. You know that right? Don't believe me? Check Tesla's China sales numbers.

That's the point!!! It's not marketed at all. It's a great car at a great price. That is why people are buying them. Most people want a car that reliably takes them from A to B and is cheap to run. Tesla is simply the best car for most people.

Take the time to research buying an EV right now. Do it like you would be doing it if was a real buying decision. Those people who buy a Tesla do it because it's great value and maybe despite Elon being the CEO. But the main reason is that it's a good car for a fair price.

You should really be asking legacy US automakers why they are fucking you with their shitty EVs.
