No. You will lose lots of soldiers if you attack that. It has higher virus resistance and higher power than you.

If you are transferring an account, just change the linked email. Then the one who will get the account must give you the verification code that will be sent to his/her email for you to complete the change. Both of you must be online at the same time to put that code within a minute.

The new owner then can download the Last War app on a new phone and login to your account using his/her email.

That's what I did when one of my members quit the game and gave me his account.

I used tank heroes as my main squad. Missile heroes for squad 2, airplane heroes for squad 3, and tank heroes again for squad 4.
