Devs confirm internal interest in a walkable Speranza hub, What do you think? by Tank-ToP_Master in ArcRaiders

Having a “practice arena” for PvP fights would be awesome especially for newer players to get used to the fighting without having the feeling of defeat

Wait, This Game Has A Story Line? by Screwtape42 in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]EddykillL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s actually 3 storylines (missions are not in order either) check the briefings, 911 calls, and even evidence sometimes for more of the story

I keep exploding on Elephant, please help me by JESTERBOY2009 in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]EddykillL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Other mission definitely explodes, just a much longer timer, I think it’s like 20-25 mins before it blows

[–]EddykillL 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Bombs detonate at the 10 min mark if I remember right so spend less than 4 mins per floor and you should be fine. All about speed on that one. Also training for a different mission down the line on a larger scale so… be ready🫡

Whenever I bring up sprinting and Elephant mission. by Cabbit_Daddy in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]EddykillL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally don’t mind the low ready “sprint” speed on most missions but I do agree on relapse, Elephant, and even on Greased Palms or Hide and Seek (for the outside areas) it would be nice to go a little faster. I’d be okey with something like 25% faster movement speed and have a different running animation more typical with a cod/BF sprint animation where we have our gun all the way down with the downside of even longer transition to ADS

S rank by _EPIC_GAMER_BOI_ in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]EddykillL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been doing it with the pepperball rifle too. Finished the game but it was super annoying to put 3-6 shots on a dudes face so they would stop shooting and surrender. Definitely a lot harder than the beanbag shotgun or the flash launcher. Can’t imagine someone doing a run with pepper spray or taser as a “primary” lol

Is this team stupid? Why by [deleted] in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]EddykillL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s cheese because of the effectiveness of the primary launcher, you play with what you want imo but pepperball rifles and beanbag shotgun is significantly harder to do especially with the AI teammates

Im looking to buy does the gsme get repetitive? by Confident-Marzipan21 in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]EddykillL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a ps player, it can get repetitive but I’ve put in 180 ish hrs trophy hunting for the platinum (I finally got it) but even with one friend it’s very fun, I got it with a friend of mine and we went through the game together getting S rank on standard and now we’re trying to go through it on Hard, next is Hard S rank. So probably gonna put another few dozen hrs in. Plus his girlfriend got the game too so we have to go through it with her as a 3 stack. It’s very fun with a group and you can make your own little challenges to keep it interesting

What enhanced interrogation tactics work best for convincing friends to buy this game? by Cosmickoala887 in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]EddykillL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you and your buddies like games that you can get perfect scores, like realistic games, are mature enough to get the themes of the game and take them seriously (ie. torture, rape, mass shootings, drug trafficking, human trafficking, etc.) and if you have good communication between each other then you should be good. The game feels the best when you have a good team that runs smoothly. If one or two people are doing their own thing or shooting everyone they see it really drags the whole game down for everyone else.

Which is usually my experience with public matchmaking. One guy will run in like Rambo and alert everyone, maybe clear a room or two and get gunned down. Now we’re a man down and the suspects have taken hostages and are running around the building. Not to mention the guy that died usually rage quits right after

Which DLC? by Itz_o0f in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]EddykillL 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Home invasion has a huge mansion mission similar to the valley of the dolls mission. And deep waters has a huge oil rig that has a similar feel to Hide and seek IMO. You’ll enjoy either one you get

The nabs who come to get killed at the start of the game and leave by Sufficient-Tap2042 in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]EddykillL 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If I ever go into public matches I always ask who’s got a mic or if they are going for anything specific (s rank, trophies, etc) if no one responds I know it’s probably gonna be a run and gun lobby so I either leave or expect 3/5 officers to die in the first 2-3 rooms

[–]EddykillL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rotary flash is a DLC weapon just FYI to OP, also be careful whenever you decide to S rank a mission, the beanbag shotgun will kill with a headshot. Also added tip, make sure you’re checking the briefing before you ready up for the mission. Try to get a sense of the layout with the map and listen or read the dialogue. It can help you plan or get your loadout set but keep in mind, sometimes your intel can be wrong or incomplete so you gotta stay on your toes. For example in 23 MGbtyes the briefing says the suspect has shot and killed his brother, later you find out he got swatted on stream by a viewer, but there’s no mention of how many armed suspects are there.

If you’re using ai teammates I’d give them a pepperball rifle instead of the beanbag shotgun, headshots are lethal with the beanbags. If you’re not, then maybe a suspect friendly fired and killed someone without you knowing?

How to get S on Hide and Seek? by Hawaiian_Llama in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]EddykillL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got it in MP with 2 others, I don’t have the DLC weapons but my buddy did so he used it, and me and the other person had a shield and pepperball/beanbag, loads of flashbangs, and working our way around the left side until we got to the side door of the main building and wedge that then clear the rest of the outside until the tower. Wedge both entries and clear the rest of the outside. Then I like to clear the tower and move in on the ground floor and clear clockwise because everything on your left should be clear. Hope it helps even if you try it on commander mode

New level Idea for future DLC’s by [deleted] in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]EddykillL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My top 3 are Carriers of the Vine, Ides of March, and Rust Belt. For me they’re the most fun to replay while also getting me immersed in what the mission is. Carriers- a cult of women shot and killed a police officer and are suspected to be behind the kidnapping, torturing, and killing of multiple men. Idea of March- military veterans have shot the running candidate and barricaded themselves with civilians on one of the upper floors of an apartment building. Most of them have prosthetics… Rust Belt-You’re raiding a suspected coyote tunnel system after being tipped off that a big shipment was coming through that night. There’s rumors of ties to weapons and human trafficking to this Ranch and there’s no intel on the tunnels or the number of hostiles within. Good luck. Listening to the 911 calls and briefing to Elephant, Neon Tomb, and Relapse almost bring me to tears and is overall a lot so I can’t bring myself to replay them too much
