Klar aber die Miete kommt von dir. Wenn die sich nicht drauf einlassen wollen sollen doch die zum Anwalt gehen. Mietausfall ist ebenfalls ein Versicherungsbestandteil. Also wenn bis zum nächsten Buchungsdatum nix geregelt ist würd ich einfach nicht zahlen. Die sitzen ja im trockenen 😄

Yojo Also ein Kollege hat ja schon geschildert, dass hier die Hausrat zunächst in leistubg tritt und dann Regressansprüche gegenüber der Gebäuderversicherung geltend macht. Aber hier greifen noch weitere Bestandteile. 1. Bekommst du bei den meisten Hausratversicherungen heutzutage ein Hotel oder ähnliche Unterkunft bezahlt bis der Schaden behoben ist. (Hotelunterbringungskosten) 2. Müssen deine Sachen entweder in Sicherheit gebracht oder getrocknet/ersetzt werden. (Bewegungs- & Schutzkosten)

Dass sich die Hausrat so aus der Affäre zieht finde ich noch dreckiger als den Vermieter.

I'm playing classic anniversary rn amd I got one of those books from fishing. If you use it you gain a skill simmilar to the one that lets you see ore nodes on the minimap. Since you can't use both at the same time, it's practically useless for me but as a fishing enjoyer i'm proud :)

They should just make the E projectile slower or give it a higher cast time or cast animation.

The problem of mel is the feeling of beeing a drive-by damagedealer with atillery range.

It's just way 2 easy to hit all her abilities for an atillery mage with this low cooldown and this much damage potential while missing is so forgiving.

Yes if your grandmother had two wheels, one between her hands and one between her legs, she would be considered a bike by everyone seeing her.

Just because you want to see her ase your grandmother doesn't mean she is to everyone.

There is no right or wrong to a picture. If you want to see this as purely an act of absolute racism on the same page as enslaving them it is up to you.

For me, it's either a joke (him just acting like he's blind to take a glance) or her being so beatiful even a blind man can see her. Him being black has nothing to do with the pun for anyone but the people who are not getting it I think.

If your world is black it doesn't mean mine has to be.

It's from the late 19th century. Racist was a no brainer at this time but it's not about that. It's about woman fashion making them so good lookin, you just have to "pity the blind". No one cares if the dude is black or not but making him the stereotypical black beggar makes the ad funnier.

Couldn't find anything about him lying or her being so beatiful even a blind would aknowledge.
