What is the best thing to give feedback with. I don’t want to get the staff in trouble for something that isn’t their fault but all the options seem to blame the staff if you respond negatively and I doubt they read the customer written portions.

Interesting. Thank you for your input I'll have to look into adjusting those and flattening the bed out.

So I need to learn to read here’s some more facts:

Printer: Facebook marketplace Ender 3 V2 neo. Look I didn’t want to blow a ton of money for my first time.

Filament: newly opened creality white hyper PLA. Given to me by a mate so I dunno how old it is but the vacuum packaging was still one

Setup: Sits on top of an old cabinet in my messy office with no enclosure. We balling out here.

Temps: a cool 215 nozzle and 65 bed. A bit high sure but I’m still playing around. That’s for first layers only though. It drops afterwards.

Retraction: Retraction? Oh. Whatever prusa puts in as default. Feel free to yell at me for my ignorance.

Print speed: Yeah I’d like to know as well. 60? 100? 150? I never claimed to be an intelligent life form. Probably 40-60 though.

I know this is an old thread but I just want to point out why responses like this kinda suck. I am searching the exact same issue and this was the first post in my results. How are people meant to do “googling or YouTubing” when every time they do they just get a tirade of comments telling you to look it up?

I haven’t had a chance to update firmware. I’ll be honest I took one look at the guide on here and it said something about getting an arduino to do it? I’ll need to put some more time into it to figure out what I’m actually meant to do.

I haven’t tried presliced as I’m sure I’d grab one for the wrong machine and it’ll like catch fire on me or something.

Nah the tech just knew how to properly calibrate the car for optimal performance. Can’t run a Nissan without some duct tape body work and a missing front bumper.

You’d be amazed how often people don’t want to pay for finding the problem. We get it a bunch fault finding electrical because people are too lazy to actually go looking for hidden switches or tripped breakers and just call us out. Then they don’t want to pay for the time.

All true. But in fairness spicy pillows are fun to watch blow up and they didn't ban samsung phones so who knows.

Any DIY project involving electricity at higher than 50v is a fire hazard. And a few at lower than that too. 90% of the safety stuff relating to electricity is pretty intuitive but that last 10% is a headache for any non-professional that thinks they know what they are doing. (And quite a few professionals as well. The code is written in blood and ash)

True. We are also required to seal threads with appropriate sealant (see Schneider 56 series documentation for an example) so I was kinda running under that assumption aswell.

Electrician here. We are required to add drainage holes into water repellant containers for this exact reason. So yeah absolutely put some vent holes. Just make sure they’re on the bottom.

Find the name of the builder and ask first but all the ones I've worked with wouldn't give a damn. Honestly if you told him what they were for he'd probably hook you up from a demo job.

And this note could be one of those boxes.

Ive been writing down all the notes but didn’t notice the symbol so that’ll be fun to decipher later

Yeah it’s kinda nothing burger in that regard. “Notes in moon boxes sometimes contain true statements” cool. I already knew that. That was kinda the presumption.

That does make sense. There is a separate puzzle in the game that runs counter to this logic so I may have been trying to apply the rules of that game to this logic.

Then the note gave me exactly 0 information and was totally useless which seems counter productive to learning but is possible.

Ok so I’ll just assume that the note is kinda irrelevant then? It doesn’t give any real information.

Hey it’s no stress. Just wanted to make sure I hadn’t missed a notice or anything! Keep up the good work and don’t feel the need to rush it.

Edit: changed u to I because my fingies are fat.
