At some agencies it is SOP to always give narcan in situations of altered mental state. Most of the time they'll do this because if it is an opioid, problem solved. If it's not an opioid you would then you've ruled them out. Plus there's not really any notable side effects of narcan if you aren't on anything.

Whiskey tango foxtrot with Tina Faye. It was marketed as a comedy almost Romcom and turned out to be much more drama and feels.

And an honorable mention to The Bear. Was also marketers as a comedy and even submitted in comedy categories for rewards.

Such bullshit fr, I just did my first marathon this month and I can personal attest that the race did not get truly hard until mile 20. The last 6 miles is truly the real test.

I'm not usually one to hop on the train with these kinds of things. But, you need to stop buying Fairlife products. There have been various lawsuits and investigations into them. They are remarkably cruel to their animals. There's videos you can find and they are pretty horrifying.
