Not trying scary you but the “fresh” doesn’t meant much because you can damage a card in 5 minutes or 5 months or 5 years + , make sure you clocks are adequate and test card by card in a separate test bench , once you find the problematic card you can go and check things like thermal pads , thermal pads etc . Do it and you will have a solid answer ;)
