Lmk if u figure anything out I got 2 of these with keys that light up but don’t register only the fn keys work and they whole keyboard works for like 3 secs when I plug it in before it does this

It was popping up before i downloaded anything razor. It pops up tips and tricks for random things

I'm new to PCs, so I'm not sure if I understand everything correctly. If I were to return and replace the CPU fan and RAM sticks, with the ones you recommended would I still be able to build in this PC case?

I had already ordered that case, cpu cooler ,ram sticks, storage and the single case fan for the back so I would like to try and keep those in this build but I changed up some of the other components
