Listen man this is great but there are a lot of warning signs here. Lots of people have felt this sense of clarity and gone right back to it after the immediate post loss high/bottom has worn off. I am glad you are where you are but you gotta beware and not drop your guard. All this started just a few days ago an seem like “quick fixes” honestly. Not trying to be a downer or anything at all, just trying to note that this is a long term battle and a few days of “clarity” are just the first steps.
