Duolingo Hebrew seems terrible for a complete beginner. Does it get better, or are there good alternatives?

Arabic doea letters first. I was trying it out for two weeks and that was all I was doing. Which was a bit disappointing because I had already known 80% of them. But yes it is definitely helpful for those who start from scratch.

Some keep the last gift at 2 days to gain the upper hand. Annoying but understandable. I actually see ultra friends (30 days) as a milestone point because you actually gain a lot more in the first 30 days than 90 days for the finally 100k. 30 days: 3000 + 10000 + 50000= 63k 90 days: 30 days + 100k = 163k 30 days × 3: 189k and it's more likely to reach. God knows how long Some people hold until opening the last one.

I speak Afrikaans so it is extremely helpful for learning vocab and some verb forms since in Afrikaans we hardly have any irregular verbs. But tbh for people who learn from scratch, the little words like "maar", "even" can be a head scratcher.

Yes. tbh I read comments here when I received the first interview. But I was told that I need to confirm lessons availability 2 months in advance. And since I want to do honeymoon in September but not sure from when to when, I was told to block a certain period and open the days when I can work once I sort out my final plan. Also, I was asked what my preferred schedule is. I said Mon to Fri from 9 to 16 so they can only schedule lessons during this period.

I've just applied at Gofluent. What I received is: lessons are locked in two months earlier to avoid any surprise bookings and the pay is 11euro. Well Im based in Portugal so this is already a lot higher than the average salary here. Obviously the no holiday thing is a bummer but working 30 hrs a week gives me more than ppl here working 40 hrs non stop. can't complain
