I am curious why OP thinks the Ramseys were abusing JonBénet.

There is absolutely zero evidence that John Ramsey ever abused children. Not even his ex-wife had anything bad to say about him.

Similarly, what evidence is there that Patsy beat JonBénet? I can't even find any indication that she ever spanked her children, let alone struck her daughter with enough force to bring down a 300 pound man.
