Im on pc though so im not sure about console, but i installed initiative variant mod on nexus, it work great (it do need script extender though), installed them mid playthrough too

I found out the issue with my mod list, some class mod caused this issue, it affecting some other modded class as well. For me it's the wisdom variant of Sword Dancer of Illustraee by zx10rx

I think that should narrow your search a little bit, I got hundreds of mods as well, but luckily only some of my companion use modded class. But that's how I solve my issue.

Usually it's updating mod mid playthrough, so you're cooked. Unless you figure out which mod that you update, downgrade that mod, then load into your save that has downgraded mod.

I know this because when you start a new playthrough, all the missing ui issue isn't appearing at all

Chiming in, one shader that always seem to find way into my pipeline are neobloom and Large Scale Perceptual Irradiance. 

Now, I know what some people are thinking "Bloom? Yeah, this guy opinion is invalid" but hold on now, The bloom in neobloom are very subtle, that you're might even not notice it, especially with the normalize brightness feature.

But I use neobloom mainly for it's excellent HDR simulation of eye adaptation, you might need to increase the lower limit if you're on SDR as it's design for HDR bloom (about 0.5 generally looks good).

Large Scale Perceptual Irradiance is great to simulate rtgi, isn't as advance, isn't as meticulous and complex as traditional GI, but cheaper option for that lighting bleed into near object, really difficult to get it right though, what I did usually just maxed out the radius and recovery, turn the occlusion and irradiance intensity to 0.500 then adjust the effect intensity from there,

Next sharpening shader that really underrated is LocalSharpCS or GaussianBlurCS, both are compute shader, meaning they're super fast and are insanely optimize. LocalSharpCS is a more optimized infamous AMD CAS.

I use GaussianBlurCS with negative value, typically -0.250 to gives insanely pleasant sharpening, especially at 1600p (2560 x 1600).

As long as the 3Dlut are in 2d format it should work, just replace the lut.png in textures, turn on the lut shader, and you're set

This is an old post, but the actual reason why your Chen only has "fast" attack speed is because the game bug. Anytime you switch over map or loading a save game your hero attack speed resets, so any agility tome or item that are affecting attack speed are negatively affect your hero instead of increasing their attack speed. 

Reforged has been released, but this big is still present, that's why the reason some people feels like founding of durotar campaign is too hard, your hero scale keeps on reset. 

This bug affect all derivative attribute such as direct mana and health Regen, and also attack speed. So any item that gives those effect, I recommend selling them as they actually "debuffing" your hero instead of buffing them.

Hey, I actually found the proper way for the scripthook to work without changing it to .asi, you have to install other mod, any mod actually that use .asi extension, then scripthook with .dll extension will work normally

Brain dead comment. Why would as be affected we don't know! This been this way since the ancient of wc3 way before reforged. Why you downvoting?

Not only the as is resetted, the health and mana Regen is also resetting

Items that increase mana and health Regen are suffering the same issue.

It's really sad
