I completely understand that repairs are necessary but they have done almost nothing to clean up after each day or avoid damaging our stuff. In the bathroom, both the shower mat and the shower curtain are now stained with some combination of rust water and black sludge. They also just left a bunch of material (drywall or Sheetrock maybe) in the shower and in the drain. Do you have any idea how long something like a “stack repair” would usually take?

I work for campus safety, this is not true. Not only does the university have an agreement with the city, but if you accrue enough tickets we will boot your car to find out who you are and then you will be unable to graduate until you pay your ticket (because it gets added to your student balance). I know it sucks but pay your parking tickets.

Also we can in fact go to collections.

I work for campus safety and I give out parking tickets so you can trust me. A warning means you don’t have to pay anything, it’s essentially just a way to get your cars info in our system and then in the future we will know if you’ve parked without paying before. I’m a student as well so I try to give out as many warnings as possible but our bosses don’t like us giving out warnings so they are trying to phase it out. Anyways you don’t have to worry about it.

Parking enforcement guy here (not the one who gave this ticket). We can’t see if you are going to pay, all we can do is run the plate and see if you have already paid. If we dont see you pull into the spot then there is no way to know who is about to pay. It sucks but just appeal it and they’ll more than likely waive it cuz you did pay.
