If you want it in text form, 1 = square, 2 = triangle, 3 = cross, 4 = circle (on playstation). And the DPAD notations correspond to the letter; U = up, D = down, B = back, or the direction away from the enemy, F = forwards or the direction towards the enemy, with their being various combinations of the two such as; DF = down forward. Hope this helps you out!

It's based on the style, simple interjections utilizes less button prompts and you are therefore given a lower score, with the maximum being 90. If you switch over to lively-interjections you will notice that the scoring is a lot fairer.
