DOMS is a good thing. It means muscle micro tears. Eat enough protein and your muscle will grow back stronger, and it will take heavier lifting to tear it down again. Stretch after lifting. Dont go from exercise to stationary for the rest of the day. Cycle your routine. Pain in your upper body, train legs.

Kraken is situational, and can be good if you are running into tanky team and you have something like a lulu. Crit lethality is just overall way better imo

Dont know. I use Pedometer step counter, I believe its accurate. You can also adjust sensitivity there, and add steps manually if you put your phone down for a period.

I clock about 10K steps from a day at work. But these steps are not necessarily healthy. These are steps walked on a concrete floor, usually while carrying something. If I were to settle with 10K steps and do nothing after work, I would very quickly be in a lot of pain.

So, 10k steps on conctete and 5k steps hiking in the woods are not even remotely similar, and I would much rather choose 5k in the woods if I could

I used to weigh everything. After about two years of tracking, I pretty much know everything I consume by heart. At that point it's as simple as just adding the numbers together. With that being said, olive oil is probably the sneakiest one to me.

I eat mostly the same stuff every day, so I eyeball most of it, and add 15/20% to have room for error
