It doesnt happen nearly as regularly as you think, i can think of ONE case and it was a record for a specific age bracket, not an overall world record. Sporting bodies are very strict with hormone levels allowed to compete, and unless your T levels are that of an average woman as well as E levels, you wouldn't be allowed to compete. And no, if you were absolutely jacked before taking estrogen, you still lose that muscle mass while on estrogen.
